Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program

Please access and read Bishop's Koenig's Pastoral Letter on the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit program and the educational opportunity it can provide to students in Delaware. The Governor of Delaware must "opt-in" on behalf of the students in the state and all of us have a role to play in urging the Governor to do so.  The FSTC program is for eligible students regardless of whether they attend Catholic school or public school, the funds can be used for anything from tuition assistance, to tutoring, help with paying for extra curricular activities, or special services a student may need.  Please join the Diocese of Wilmington in urging the Governor to opt-in to this program.
